I turned one on July 15th and what a party we had! I got to eat cake for the very first time and got my very first baby doll! Thanks to everyone for the great gifts. Henry is really enjoying them!

The whole family went for a stroll today since the sun finally came out. Henry, Mom, and Dad shot some baskets while I watched from my stroller, then we took a spin around the track. Good times!

9 Months of Cuteness

I'll be nine months old in a couple of days - boy how time flies! As you can see by my photos, I spend a lot of time on the floor these days, just playing and dragging myself around the house. Mom says Henry never crawled on his hands and knees, either....just slithered around like a worm and got up and walked one day. I'm fast, though, mom will tell you!

Today was my very first Easter and apparently a large bunny showed up last night with a basket full of treats! That's what Henry said, anyway. He somehow made out with all the candy - hmmm. Hello - sorry it has been so long since I have posted anything. I've been really busy learning to crawl, eating solid (sort of) food, and playing with my toys. Life is pretty darn good at the moment! Big brother, Henry, makes me laugh and brings my toys to me when I drop them, but he won't let me play with his big fire truck. Someday....

Mom has been getting my new room together. It should be ready pretty soon. I took a little spin in my crib, but I haven't slept there yet. Pretty comfortable, I must say, and Henry doesn't seem to mind at all that I've taken over his old room.

I had my 2 month checkup today and the Dr. said I am darn near perfect! I weighed in at 9 lbs. 4 oz. so Mom thought it would be funny to call me Clementiny. I'm growing just fine, thank you very much.

I was born 8 weeks ago....my how time flies! I celebrated this day by taking a 3 hour nap while Mom worked on setting up Henry's new room. Mom thinks I'm moving into my crib in a few weeks, but we'll just have to see about that! I'm pretty happy with my current situation rooming with her and Dad.

My big brother Henry came to the hospital to meet me and we got along great! He's very nice and wants to hug me all the time. He calls me "baby sister" which will do, I guess, until he can say Clementine. He pretty much goes about his business and ignores me now, probably because I sleep a lot and can't catch a ball just yet.

Hello world! I arrived on July 15th at 8:01am, weighing 6 lbs. 14 oz. and standing (lying, actually) 19 1/2 inches tall. Mom and Dad said I came out screaming. I had a nice bath and settled in for a long nap. Mom thinks I look just like my big brother Henry, except for my thick, luxurious brown hair. We came home on Saturday and I have spent most of my time eating, sleeping, and pooping (oops - that's not very ladylike, is it?)
